01How long does delivery take, and how can I track my order?
Orders within Baku usually arrive in 1–2 business days, and in 3–5 business days in the regions. The delivery fee is shown at checkout. You can follow your order under My account → Orders. More: Delivery.
02Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. You can return or exchange an item within 14 calendar days of receiving it, as long as it is unworn, unwashed and still has its tags and original look. Alazan pays the return shipping for faulty or wrongly sent items. More: Returns.
03Which payment methods can I use?
For now you can pay on delivery or by bank transfer. Online card payment will be switched on once the bank approves it. Your card details are never stored on Alazan's servers. More: Payments.
04Which size should I choose?
Kids' styles come by age (2, 4, 6 and 8 years), baby styles by months (3–6, 6–9 and 9–12 months) and women's styles in S, M and L. Each product page shows the sizes available for that style. Not sure? Write to us and we'll help you choose: Contact.
