Returns and cancellations
14-day returns and exchanges
You may request a return or exchange of eligible clothing within 14 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed and retain their tags and saleable condition. Provide an order number, receipt or other proof of purchase. Statutory exceptions apply; these conditions do not restrict your rights concerning defective goods.
Cancelling an order
Contact us by email or phone to cancel an order before dispatch. After dispatch, statutory withdrawal and return rights remain. Where the electronic commerce law applies, a separate right to withdraw without a reason or penalty within 7 working days applies; its starting point and exceptions are determined by law. Our 14-day policy does not reduce statutory rights.
How to request a return
Use the contact details below to identify your order and the items concerned. A reason and photos can help investigate a defect; no reason is required for statutory no-fault withdrawal. Account holders may also use the online request form. Creating an account is not compulsory. Confirm the return destination with us before sending an item.
Return transport costs
Alazan covers return transport for defective or incorrectly supplied items. For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays return transport, subject to any more favourable statutory rights. This policy does not designate a particular carrier.
Refunds
Payments following statutory withdrawal are refunded within the 7-day period prescribed by law, with no additional charge other than return transport permitted by law. For other eligible returns, we notify you of receipt and inspection results and process refunds within applicable legal deadlines. Payment-method and bank-processing details are clarified when handling your request. Never send your card PIN, CVV or one-time codes.

These terms do not limit statutory exchange rights, remedies for defective goods or other consumer rights. The official sources below govern the applicable statutory rights.
