Who is responsible
The legal seller identified below, "ALAZAN TEKSTİL" MMC, is responsible for processing data on alazantextile.com. Contact info@alazantekstil.com about your information or rights.
Information processed
Depending on the features you use, we process names, email addresses, telephone numbers, account and address details, orders, return requests and support correspondence. Newsletter subscriptions collect email, selected interests, optional date of birth and consent records. IP addresses and technical logs may also be processed for security and operation.
Purposes and choices
Information is used to manage accounts, answer enquiries, fulfil orders and returns when sales are enabled, protect the service and meet legal obligations. Newsletters and keeping photos for future recommendations require separate consent. You may unsubscribe or withdraw photo-storage consent without losing statutory purchase or complaint rights.
Chat, photos and voice
Chat messages and conversation context needed to answer are sent to OpenAI. When you select virtual try-on and consent to processing, your photo and the product image are sent to Google Gemini. If you use voice features, ElevenLabs processes relevant data; contacting us via WhatsApp involves Meta/WhatsApp under its service terms. Do not send passwords, card security codes, identity documents or unnecessary sensitive information.
Photo retention
Without separate storage permission, the original upload is not written to the website's permanent photo archive. Generated try-on results are stored temporarily: the technical expiry is 15 minutes, with expired files removed by a periodic task that may be delayed. Keep the result link private. Optional storage permission records the original and result photos with your email, IP address, consent wording, date and language for the current 1-month retention period. Withdraw using the provided revocation link or email us. Deleting photos does not automatically delete the consent evidence; you may request its deletion too. These periods concern Alazan's system, not a deletion guarantee for external providers.
Service providers and overseas processing
We use Hostinger for hosting and Google services for email delivery. The AI and communication providers above participate when you select those features. They may process information outside Azerbaijan. Optional photo and voice services are not compulsory. Access is restricted by permissions; no internet system can be promised to be absolutely secure.
Cookies, payments and retention
Cookies and browser storage support account sessions, security and site functions; session storage maintains chat continuity. Clearing them may affect some features. Online orders and payments are currently disabled; bank integration is not presented as active. Account, enquiry, email and technical records are retained for periods related to service needs, legal obligations and dispute resolution; we do not claim all records are deleted automatically or immediately.
Your rights and children's information
Email us to request access, correction, deletion or restriction where applicable, or to withdraw consent. We may verify identity only as necessary and explain any legally required retention. Only an authorised parent or legal representative should upload a child's photo; do not upload another person's photo without permission. Updates to this policy are identified by the revision date.
